1 Definitions and Interpretation

4.2 Withdrawals

The same payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, if identity verification is incomplete, a withdrawal may be temporarily held.

4.3 Fund Security

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ck33 sap offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Terms

Some important points regarding bonuses are noted below:

• A bonus applies only to the account that makes a first deposit.
• After receiving a bonus, any winnings earned from that bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement (15 times the bonus amount) has been met.
• If an attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
• The authority reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Regular members receive weekly cashback under the VIP programme. Cashback is applied on weekly net losses at the following rates: Bronze tier up to 0.2%, Silver tier 0.4%, Gold tier 0.6%, Platinum tier 0.8%, and Diamond tier 1.0%. For example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

Each game and bet on the platform has its own rules, which the user must read before starting to play. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server outage, network problem, or any other technical fault, the authority will review the logs and make a decision. In such situations, the authority's decision is final.

6.3 Odds and Changes

In sports betting, odds may change before or during an event. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is accepted are final.

6.4 Irregular Activity

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Operating multiple accounts in the same person's name or for the same person's use.

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or algorithms.
• Identifying and exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Deceiving or harassing other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Behaving in an abusive or threatening manner toward the authority's staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by the Authority

ck33 sap reserves the right to suspend an account temporarily or permanently in the following circumstances:

• False or incomplete registration information.
• During an investigation into age-related doubt.
• Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Security concerns or suspicion of manipulation.

8.2 Closure by the User

A user may voluntarily close their own account. To do so, contact the support team. Any valid balance in the account can be withdrawn before closure, provided there are no withdrawal restrictions in place.

9 Data and Privacy
